• Once you've made full payment all rights to the work become yours.

How long can I expect the project to take?

• The length of time it will take to complete your project depends on where you sit in the cue. Requests are completed in the order they are received. If you have a rush job I can usually fit it in, but there is an additional charge.

• My goal is always a happy customer. I always make sure that I'm clear on a project before I begin, and I'd be happy to make any necessary charges along the way.

Feel free to check my feedback both there and on this site under feedback.  Since you don't pay until you've received your work you never have to worry about being out any money. (some exclusions were a deposit is required) I have many regular clients both here and on these sites so why not see what they have to say. User name is shermatsen on all sites. I use my name because I'm proud of the work that I do and my clients are too. There's no need to hide behind any other name.

• My native tongue is English and since I do all my own writing you never have to worry about inferior products coming from oversees where the materials received are usually very poor and the meaning of the English language lost in translation.
