How does the payment transaction works?
- I use Paypal It’s
absolutely safe, and we will not even know your credit card
details. Larger projects or new clients
will be asked to put 25% to 50% of the project funds up
front. Sadly the internet is a place where it's easy to
shaft someone, receive the work, and then not pay for
it.
Who owns the material?
- Once you've made full payment all rights to the work
become yours.
How long can I expect the project to
take?
- The length of time it will take to complete your
project depends on where you sit in the cue. Requests are
completed in the order they are received. If you have a
rush job I can usually fit it in, but there is an
additional charge.
Where can I learn about the writer?
- Stop by my about me page for my qualifications, and my
home page nicely outlines what type of services I
offer.
What if I'm not happy with the content?
- My goal is always a happy customer. I always make sure
that I'm clear on a project before I begin, and I'd be
happy to make any necessary charges along the way.

How do I know I can trust you to provide quality
work?

Rentacoder for many years. Feel free to check my feedback
both there and on this site under feedback. Since you
don't pay until you've received your work you never have to
worry about being out any money. (some exclusions were a
deposit is required) I have many regular clients both here
and on these sites so why not see what they have to say.
User name is shermatsen on all sites. I use my name because
I'm proud of the work that I do and my clients are too.

I need material that's grammatically correct in the
English language can you deliver?
- My native tongue is English and since I do all my own
writing you never have to worry about inferior products
coming from oversees where the materials received are
usually very poor and the meaning of the English language
lost in translation. This is your business and the first
thing your clients see is the written word. You need
to make an impression in less than 5 seconds so you want
quality writing.
